About OneDossier
Built from the other side of the table.
OneDossier came out of decades spent in executive search, hiring, running companies, and making decisions about people.
It starts from one thing we kept seeing. A strong career gets misread all the time, because the proof isn't clear, the situation changed, or two people looked at the same experience and saw different things.
We built OneDossier so you see that read before the decision, not after.
And we built it to keep learning from the evidence that follows.
What we built from that experience
OneDossier is not just a report. It is a working career intelligence record.
The same evidence can be used to understand your career, evaluate an opportunity, prepare for interviews, interpret feedback, think through an offer and carry what you learn into the next decision.
What changes over time is the context. The underlying facts stay connected.
Evidence
What is true
What actually happened, what you owned and what can be supported.
State
Where you are now
Your strengths, gaps, active opportunities, risks and open questions.
Judgment
What it means for the decision
How the evidence applies to the role, interview, offer or career decision in front of you.
Learning
What carries forward
What the outcome adds to the record for the next decision.
The system can surface evidence, interpretations, alternatives and risks. You remain the decision owner.
Jason Dacaret
Co-Founder & CEO
MBA, University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Jason has spent more than 25 years in retained executive search, operating leadership, investment and organizational assessment, across the United States and Asia.
He co-founded CDS in Tokyo, built it over more than a decade, and sold it to Recruit Holdings, where it became part of RGF Executive Search. He then moved to Singapore to build and lead RGF’s Southeast Asia business across six markets, running the P&L, the growth, the operations and the senior hiring.
His work has always sat where judgment, evidence and technology meet. By 2013, while running RGF in Southeast Asia, he was working with Recruit’s technology and data teams on an early recruitment platform using matching algorithms, automated recommendations and workflow automation. The technology was nothing like today’s. The question was already the same one. How does technology improve human judgment without replacing it?
He later served as CHRO and an investment committee member at a venture builder in Singapore, working with founders and boards on leadership hiring, organizational build and founder assessment. That work pushed him past resumes and competency models toward a harder question. What evidence actually tells you whether someone will succeed next?
He has also been VP of People at an early-stage software company, and has spent years advising technology companies entering and scaling across Japan and Asia.
Most people in hiring spend their careers on one side of the table. Jason has sat on several.
Devaraj Southworth
Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer
Executive AI Program, MIT Sloan.
Devaraj builds businesses. Close to 30 years of it, multiple exits, and more than a thousand complex transactions closed.
He learned it inside the institution first. American Express, Deloitte, Accenture. At Amex he launched new business units in a Fortune 100 and worked on digital payments and the commerce ecosystem at a scale most operators never see.
Then he built his own. Thirstie put compliant direct-to-consumer commerce behind hundreds of global brands, LVMH, Diageo and AB InBev among them, inside a distribution system designed to keep producers and retailers apart. He raised an oversubscribed round backed by the former chief executives of Coach, Citibank and Credit Suisse, took strategic investment from RNDC, and sold the company. He has founded or built several more since.
Today he is Principal and Managing Director at Gotham City Ventures, an invitation-only M&A advisory and investment platform, where the thesis is autonomous systems, the energy to power them, and the software that decides. Anduril and Saronic in the aerial and maritime domains. Allen Control Systems, the first fully autonomous counter-drone weapon. Aalo Atomics and Copenhagen Atomics in modular nuclear. Apptronik in humanoid robotics. OpenAI. He invests alongside Founders Fund, Sequoia and a16z, with institutional capital from Fidelity, Goldman Sachs and BlackRock.
At OneDossier he leads monetization and go to market.
He has spent close to 30 years building the systems that decide who gets in the door. He built OneDossier for the person on the other side of that decision.
Different backgrounds. One shared view.
Careers get decided on evidence, interpretation and written judgment that the person being assessed never sees.
We built OneDossier to change that.
